This is why we at Schelling pay a premium in the form of a monthly salary. Each apprentice who performs well in school and at work earns a 15-month salary. Therefore, for your commitment to Schelling, once a year you will be paid one time more than usual as recognition and compensation -- half a month's salary for your success in school and half a month's salary for your efforts at Schelling.
